CUSTOM DRIVESHAFT ASSEMBLY FOR VARIOUS 1972-1979 MGB MODELS USING AN AFTERMARKET TRANSMISSION WHILE RETAINING THE STOCK DIFFERENTIAL FLANGE (this is just one of many configurations available). REPLACEMENT SHAFT TYPICALLY CONSISTS OF: SOLID HD UNIVERSAL JOINTS (when applicable), 4-bolt FLANGE YOKE @ DIFF END (other options available), STANDARD “CAST” STYLE TRANSMISSION SLIP YOKE (forged machined steel/nickel plated slip yokes also available), 2.5″diameter STEEL TUBING (oem is typically 2″diameter), BALANCED ASSEMBLY.
