STL/CHEV64-1310_HD FITS CERTAIN 1964-1967 CHEVY CHEVELLE CONFIGURATIONS (seen used on 1967 Chevelle Big Block, 64 Chevelle 327 .etc). COMPLETE, NEW ASSEMBLY INCLUDES: 1310 SPICER HEAVY DUTY NON-GREASABLE UNIVERSAL JOINTS, 3.5″ x .083″ STEEL STRAIGHT WALL TUBING, 27 SPLINE H.D. FORGED TRANSMISSION SLIP YOKE (GM STYLE >TH350,..etc), PRECISION BALANCED AND READY TO INSTALL.
TECH TIP: OEM DESIGNED SHAFTS WERE A STEP-TUBE DESIGN (2.75″ – 3 1/4″ – 2.75″) AND THIN-WALLED. MOST OF THESE WE SEE COME IN ARE BOWED/TWISTED.
TECH TIP: MEASURING MOST STOCK VEHICLES = YOU SHOULD BE AROUND 62″ ~ 62 3/4″ FROM SEAL LIP TO CENTER OF UJ CAP @ DIFF END.
