N924141HAG IS A 1410 SERIES CV HEAD ASSEMBLY THAT CAN BE USED ON VARIOUS 2003+ DODGE RAM 2500, 3500 AND 4500 MODELS AND OLDER GM APPLICATIONS WITH A 3.125″ MALE PILOT TRANSFER CASE FLANGE. THIS ITEM WILL REQUIRE A THICKER TUBE THAN MOST 03-10 DODGE OEM SHAFTS USE. FEATURES: H.D. SOLID UNIVERSAL JOINTS AND CURRENT PRODUCTION HAS A GREASEABLE CENTERING KIT.
TECH TIP: MOST OEM TUBING SEEN USED ON 2003~2010 DODGE RAM 2500/3500 FRONT DRIVESHAFTS ARE 2.5″diameter X .095″thick STEEL TUBING. LATER MODELS MAY USE TUBING THAT IS THICKER. OEM GM SHAFTS WOULD REQUIRE BUILDING UP THE “BUTT” DIAMETER. THIS PART IS ALSO LONGER THAN THE STOCK 1330/1350 SERIES USED BY OEMS AND WILL REQUIRE THE TUBING TO BE SHORTENED APPROPRIATELY. PART IS LARGER IN DIAMETER AND MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL CLEARANCE IN SOME EARLY MODEL OEM AND LIFTED CONFIGURATIONS.
