A copy of your E-mailed invoice must be included inside the packaging with a brief reason for return. Special order items not carried in stock that are direct shipped from our suppliers and certain items listed as non-returnable in the description are non-refundable for store credit or otherwise. A 25% charge to cover handling will be made on all returned items. The restocking fee may be waived if you purchase the correct part you require. After the item has been returned to us, your account will be credited for the price of the incorrect part only. The shipping charges are non-refundable.
